As Mayor Don Warren attended his final State of the City Luncheon as Mayor, we reflected on the many projects, partnerships, and shared goals that helped shape Tyler over the years.

From the transformation of Bergfeld Park to Fire Stations 1 & 4, the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center, Blackstone Hotel, and the ongoing Downtown Revitalization Project, these spaces represent more than buildings, they represent investment in the people and future of our community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside city leadership, staff, and community partners to help bring these projects to life, and we are proud to have played a role in shaping the city we all call home.

A fresh look for a trusted institution. ✨
As Southside Bank updates its brand across all branches, the South Broadway location sets the tone—embracing a prime site to reflect the bank’s mission and values. Designed for modern, full-service banking, the freestanding building features expansive glass for a strong connection between inside and out, with coordinated interior and exterior lighting that transforms the space into a warm, welcoming beacon after dark.

First Baptist Church // Tyler, Texas

Construction will soon begin on First Baptist Church in downtown Tyler — a thoughtful renovation and expansion that supports worship, fellowship, and outreach while respecting the church’s important role in the heart of our city. A defining moment for downtown Tyler — the dome is officially in place. 🏛️

The new Smith County Courthouse continues to take shape, with the installation of this signature element marking a major construction milestone.

As one of the most recognizable features of the building, the dome pays homage to the historic courthouse design and begins to establish the courthouse’s presence on the skyline, signaling meaningful progress toward completion.

This generational project will provide modern court facilities and expanded space to serve Smith County for years to come — and it’s exciting to see that vision becoming reality.
