Meet Morgan Nelson, one of our Business Development Specialists.

Where did you grow up?
-I was born in Midland, Texas and lived there until I was 11. Then, our family moved to Austin. I guess Austin, TX is where I call my home town.

Where did you go to college?
-TCU! Go Frogs!!

Tell us about your family!
-Married to my husband, Blake of almost 18 years and we have twin boys, Townes and Hayes. (14)

Hobbies and things you like to do outside of work?
-I love to workout, play tennis, travel, spend time at the lake and hang with my family and friends.

Favorite place to eat in Tyler?
-I don’t have a favorite, but I love The Grove, Stanleys and Humo!

Dream vacation?
-Italy

Favorite thing about working for Scout?
-The people for sure!! Our team is unique and special and I brag on them all of the time. We have such a great culture and I’m so thankful to be surrounded by such amazing people.

-TCU, Texas Tech, and RTS Jackson

-Married to Caroline and we have two boys, Jay and Mac.

Hobbies and things you like to do outside of work?
-Golf

Dream vacation?
-Not sure, anywhere the pace is a little slower and there’s a good golf course nearby.

Favorite thing about working for Scout?
-The opportunity to meet and build relationships with others.

We brought a little extra fun to the course for the Lobsterfest Golf Classic! ⛳️ Our ‘guess how many tees’ game challenged players to guess how many tees were in the jar, and Lucky hit it right on the mark-120 exactly! Congrats, Lucky! 🏆

This was our 4th year to be a part of this great event and Morgan and Justin had so much fun on the golf course, making connections, meeting new people, and supporting local businesses. ✨🏌🏻‍♂️

✨We had a blast at BLING-O, all in support of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Smith County. does some very important work every day and we were thankful to be a part of this special event.

-Married to Travis for 23 years and we have one amazing daughter, Makenzie (18).

What’s your favorite place to eat in Tyler?
-That is tough, but I would say Chuys or Don Juans.

Hobbies and things you like to do outside of work?
-Shopping, baking, spa days with my girl and relaxing at home with my family.

Dream vacation?
-Fiji or Bora Bora
