Shingle supplier sending out price increase notices:

“ABC Supply will implement price increases effective June 1, 2026. These increases include:

Residential roofing products 5% - 10%
Commercial roofing products 5% - 10%
Siding and exterior cladding products 6% - 12%
Windows, doors and related products 5% - 10%
Rainware and gutter materials 10% - 15%”

I inspected this clients roof back in 2025 and determined it was not damaged by any previous storms. The client reached out to us again just after the April 18 storm and we found significant hail damage to warrant a full roof replacement.
We will be managing the entire process from the adjuster meeting until the new roof is installed.

So here we go. A new roof install.

There are 4 layers of felt. The previous contractors never looked at the deck.

Our client reached to us for a flat roof leak issue. One of those “Project Number” companies came out last year and installed the roofing system. They improperly installed the flashing around the perimeter areas resulting in ponding on the roof. We inspected all the slope sections as well and were amazed at just how bad some roofing contractors can be.

This flat roof is now secured.
