This is directly business related but unfortunately it is bothering me and just want to get real for a minute.

I had one of the most insulting, condescending, entitled customers today. I know one person shouldn't ruin all the good in the world, but this just really ruined me today (and a few other entitled people piled it on).

Why does this matter? Because it is a reminder that a little more kindness can go a long way. Talking down to people like they are incompetent is not necessary. I'm not perfect by any means and definitely can lose my tolerance for situations, but everything about the situation today made me want to lock the doors and go home.

I hope society starts to learn how to act in a social manner again someday!
