The City of Two Rivers currently has approximately 17,500 cubic yards of clean fill material available at Sandy Bay Highlands. The material is estimated to be 90-95% clay and is available free of charge to homeowners, contractors, landscapers, excavators, and construction companies.
Interested parties are welcome to dig and haul the material themselves.
Please note:
• Approximately 17,500 cubic yards available
• Material is 90-95% clay
• Digging and hauling must be performed by the recipient
• Access is limited to daylight hours only
• Topsoil stockpiles are NOT included in this offer
• The site must be kept orderly and safe
• Please respect neighboring properties and residents
Those interested in removing larger quantities are encouraged to contact the City Manager's Office at 920-793-5532 to coordinate access and logistics.
