PROPERTIES ARE RENTING VERY QUICKLY! My Management Company is striving to serve our customers better than ever! Please read these helpful tips and practices our company uses to best help you get into a new home
1- My Management Company keeps all applications for at least 3 months on file so you do not need to re-apply over and over again (anyone OVER 18 needs to fill out an application)
2- Your application can be used or transferred to any of our properties if you do not see one of interest at this moment, or you missed out on other properties you applied for
3- Having a COMPLETE application moves the approval process along MUCH faster.
4- Make your current Landlords aware that you are possibly moving and prepared to answer and accept our communication for Landlord verification.
5- My Management Company will be keeping a waiting list of approved applications, and offering new openings to prospects on the wait list first (48 hours) before posting properties publicly.
6- Having your application in and sitting approved will give you a giant head start.

7- If you have an application in, contact us ASAP to transfer your application to your new or current property of interest.
8- THE OFFICE CAN GET 100'S OF CALLS A DAY! YOU MUST LEAVE PHONE MESSAGES IF THEY CAN NOT ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF THE OFFICE OR ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.
