Lean In OC is purposed to inspire, empower and motivate women to lean in to leadership roles in their careers or communities.

Lean in OC is a circle based in Orange County, CA. We have an annual luncheon to motivate, inspire and empower local women based on the leadership experiences of existing women leaders. We maintain connections through out the year via social media and small group settings.
