Tonight’s activity was two in one as our group learned how to make ice cream and got an arm work out in the process! We’ve included a picture of the recipe used if you’d like to try it!

Yesterday we presented Andrew with his graduate Corps Cadet certificate. He’s worked hard over the last few years to complete the course and we are very proud of him! Former bandmaster Ed Freeman prayed over Andrew as he prepares for his next adventure at UCLA this fall.

Jr band did a great job leading prelude this morning and joining the senior band for a piece. Here’s a clip of one of their prelude pieces.

Our 2021 mini olympics took place today. Our little athletes enjoyed competing and cheering each other on. They left with a reminder of the Olympic Rings and how each color tells a part of their salvation bracelets they made during closing ceremonies.
Massive thank you to all our amazing volunteers who came and helped and had some fun cheering on the little ones!
