A nutritious dose of kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, arugula, and red cabbage microgreens. Use: Take 6 drops under the tongue or add to water. Store in the fridge.

Lemon Balm + Peppermint Tea
Calm the nervous system and bring clarity throughout the body. Use: Steep 1 tbsp in 8 oz hot water and enjoy.

Calendula Lemon Soap

Came to visit the Tlachihualtepetl great pyramid in Cholula, Mexico. It was my soul calling me here to realign energy with the ancient wisdom of the land.

The extensive pyramid is one of the largest in the world in terms of its base, and among two volcanoes. We appreciated the view of Popocatépetl’s activity, constantly emitting ash into the sky.
