HIT PAUSE. I took this pic an hour into my photo shoot when I was getting hot and frustrated. I was wearing a jacket, it was hot, and the pics weren’t coming out “right.” So I took it off, paused, felt better, and then took this random pic for funzies.
Frustration is a signal, not a stop sign. It’s easy to get caught up in the moment—tension rising, thoughts racing, energy tightening. But before you spiral, take a breath. Step back. Reset.
That pause isn’t weakness; it’s power. It’s the space where clarity returns, solutions emerge, and your energy realigns.
Whatever challenge you’re facing, you don’t have to force your way through it. Instead, pause… and begin again, stronger.
