Over the holiday weekend, RISE had the honor of supporting congressional candidate Shomari Figures at the All Macon County Day Fair & Parade! We’re proud to stand with a leader who shares our vision for progress and community empowerment.

As Shomari continues his journey in the congressional race, we encourage everyone to stay informed and involved. Your voice matters, and this election is an important opportunity to shape the future of our community. 🌟

For more information about Shomari Figures and to stay updated on his campaign, be sure to follow along and get all the details you need to make an informed decision at the polls. Let’s continue to support leaders who uplift and inspire our community!

✨ Embracing Our Roots ✨

This week, RISE had the privilege of connecting with new faces and hearing the inspiring stories of elders from the Tuskegee community. We are deeply grateful for the wisdom shared and the sense of community that was felt in every conversation.

Thank you Dr. Lucenia Dunn for providing us with a safe space together, and for bringing the elders in the community to listen to RISE students and for reminding us about where we come from and where we are now.

We’re excited about the upcoming campus and community events that will continue to bring us all together. The journey ahead is bright, and together, we RISE! 🌟💚
