Bargaining is still underway, and the CSU continues to refuse meaningful movement on our salaries. They want to pay us as little as possible, but we know the truth: without staff, the CSU does not run.
It's time to get fired up and show the CSU leadership that these stalling tactics are unacceptable. We deserve fair, livable wages for the vital work we do every single day.

The Britt Rios-Ellis has largely refused to meet or work with campus labor unions. The recent President's Fall Welcome was a new low, with front seats blocked by student athletes and staff and faculty voices silenced. Unions demand accountability.

CSU Stanislaus Chapter of CFA chapter president, Dave Colnic, spoke at the all-union rally earlier last week and shared words of encouragement. What we are asking for is not unreasonable.
Dear Britt: we have questions and we hope you respond to your stakeholders. The President's welcome is typically an event where the campus community can come together and ask leaders how they intend to address issues facing our community. This year, there was no staff or faculty Q&A. So, we are posing our questions publicly on social media and asking you show us Cariño in Action.

Faculty, Staff, advisors, counselors, student assistants, healthcare workers, facilities staff and trades staff all run the CSU. Stan State doesn't run without our labor.
