As 2025 ends, I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to serve my community and I am looking forward to the future of our district.

Happy 4th of July Turlock! Independence Day is here and I hope you get to enjoy it with your family and friends. Be safe and God bless America! 🇺🇸

Today we remember all those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom and our country. I hope everyone takes a moment today to think and pray for the families who continue to mourn those they lost. Remember to be responsible, drive safe, and enjoy the time with family and friends.

Love Turlock! Thank you to the 700+ volunteers who showed up to support our community. A special thank you to the awesome group that allowed me to tag along. We spent some time at Brown elementary painting foursquare and tetherball courts.

Kayla and I had a great time at the Pitman High Booster club dinner this weekend. A special thank you to the Track and Field team for having us at their table. Also, a huge shout out to the amazing coaches and parents who give our students the best support and encouragement to dominate the section!

If you didn’t have the privilege of knowing Pat Portwood, let me share that she was a long-time educator whose work was instrumental in improving our library system in Stanislaus County.

We invite you to join us for a special ceremony on April 2nd at 6:00 p.m. outside the Turlock Library, where we’ll unveil a bronze plaque in her memory. Friends of the Turlock Library will be providing refreshments.

This will be a meaningful moment as we celebrate Pat’s lasting impact on our community.

What a beautiful morning it turned out to be for the Bee Positive 5k today! Thank you to the Bernardi family for continuing this great event for last 10 years. Kayla was a bright light in our community and her grace shines on through her family and friends. We can’t wait for next year.
