A quick tribute to my friend “Blaze” today would have been her 28Th Birthday,, but while I was gone to a show this weekend, I received a call from my daughter who said blazes Is down in her stall and she’s not getting up, it was time to put her to rest. we’ve all had special horses, i’ve been blessed to have had a few clients horses, and some of my own that have really shaped my life, but this little girl was more than that. She was a great horse for me and my whole family.. raised out of my old stud Poco Doc Fritz , She had the heart and try to do anything for the whole family. My older daughter Ashton learned to ride and did barrels and poles on her. We showed her in the cow horse, the roping the cutting the Reining she raised a couple a very nice Foals, then it was Andrea‘s turn, started riding her at a very young age when they Won all around in Paso Robles ,then went on to show in the ranch classes it seemed there wasn’t anything she couldn’t do very well! In her retirement, she got to teach one more for my granddaughter Audrey‘s first ride😊 you’ll be missed my friend
