Congrats to Jackson King AOW! King had a massive PR in shot put and won our first CCAL. From training and competing this winter to know, he has put in a lot of work. Congrats Jack!

Congratulations to Avery Carlson on placing 3rd in women’s 3200 meters with a killer time of 10:41. We are beyond proud of you! State meet next!

Congratulations to our unified athletes and their battle buddies for placing in the top three yesterday at CIF SJS Masters meet. Next up is State!
