Coming this summer-Save The Dates! On August 3rd-6th, Dutcher will be hosting two Volleyball Camps - Beginner & Intermediate/Experienced. The Beginner Level will be focused on girls in 5th-7th grades who are new to the sport. It will be a fun introduction to Volleyball. The Intermediate/Experienced Level will focus on girls in 7th and 8th grade who are planning to tryout for the Dutcher team. All about building confidence and sharpening your skills. Congratulations to Dylan Ferreira - recipient of the Rotary Club of Turlock’s Outstanding Teacher of the Year award! Mr. Ferreira is definitely worthy of this award and we are grateful he is ours here at Dutcher. We are thankful for all that he does on our campus to try and make it a better place for our students.

Tickets for the 7th Grade Class Trip to Ten Pin go on sale this Monday, April 20th!

The trip will be Friday, May 15th from 10am - 2:30pm.

Tickets are $50 and includes Bowling, Arcade Games, Laser Tag, and Lunch.

You can buy tickets in the Dutcher Office.

Big Thanks to for coming to our 8th grade science classes and educating our students about all that the Turlock High Ag Department has to offer. Students learned about the class option and pathways, extracurricular activities, showing animals, and more! They got to finish the class period by learning how to make butter! 🧈

Marvin A. Dutcher Middle School was recognized as a 2026 California School to Watch! Mrs. Axtell, Mrs. Norman, Mr. Ruelas, and Mr. Ruiz attended the California Middle School Conference in Long Beach and were excited to accept the designation and award.
