I've been quiet for awhile and I'll be honest that when summer hit my daily walks stopped and well, my body paid for it. I'm tired of waiting out an injury to my foot, so I'm going to start back walking!!! Get ready to go on the new journey with me!!

Here's what a loss of 33.2lbs looks like...all from eating better & walking 5 days a week!!! Nothing strenuous, nothing too difficult!!! And keep in mind, I didn't get serious and start watching my intake and walking until February 23rd of this year!!!

Since I started walking at the end of February, I've managed to boost my weight loss!! I'm now down a total of 32.9 lbs!!! Nothing crazy, nothing impossible, just walking!!!
