No task is too small or large for the Task Ninjas! I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and an independent TC (Transaction Coordinator). I currently serve as a Transaction Coordinator for agents in Central Valley and Northern and Southern California territories. My operations background helps me to excel in file management and agent support. I have taken my knowledge of contracts and transactions to a new level of proficiency. Taking the time to understand every agent’s needs, expectations and goals ensures that I go above and beyond to contribute to their continued success. I am very technologically savvy and skilled with the latest Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, Dropbox, Google Drive, SmartPanel , Skyslope and more. Self made organizational systems keep me on top of each transaction as it progresses. I am in constant communication with everyone involved in keeping them up to date with the process and documents in the transaction. I am extremely organized and believe great communication is the key to a successful referral based business.
