Fresh, vibrant, and gosh-darned delicious… This week's salad special hits the mark with organic Greek feta, tomatoes, pickled red onions & your choice of our lemon basil aioli or a simple toss in some extra virgin olive oil & aged balsamic. For those of you who have been summertime fans of our Kitchen creations, you’ll be happy to see what’s on the menu this week.
That’s right people… It’s that time of year again for our fabulous basil aïoli specials! 😍😍😍
Take a gander at this week’s options, as we have really delightful salad and sandwich offerings, with some foodie tips/add-ons that'll put these babies right over the top! And while you are here, make sure to grab a seasonal "fun" drink and limited time S'mores cookie - so good. We also have fresh made batches of our from-scratch Cajun Corn Chowder, Mini Meatloaves, and Portobello Mushroom Lasagnas that are ready to go in our freezer section.

Fresh Santa Rosa Plums have just been harvested from our home-ranch at Cotta Family Farms, so this week's special will be featuring these beauties.
If you happen to be a flatbread and stone-fruit lover, then you’ll want to get your patootie down to The Kitchen this week! Our grilled flatbread is layered with creamy goat cheese, sliced plums, a drizzle of local honey, balsamic dressed arugula & toasted walnuts. You’ll get sweet, tangy, creamy, peppery, toasty & crunchy all in one bite… it’s quite lovely. If you are looking to add on a protein, we HIGHLY recommend Prosciutto di Parma - it’s delicate, salty richness pairs perfectly with the sweet-tart fruit. This week’s flatbread special comes with chips, but you can upgrade to a small house green salad or fresh fruit for just +$4 more. And while you’re here, don’t forget to add on one of our new seasonal “Fun” drinks AND our limited time S’mores cookie… now that’s a meal!

So many fun options to choose from this week, and let me tell you, our customers are trying it all and getting creative with their ordering!
They've ordered everything from pesto pasta salad with added chicken, roasted red peppers and prosciutto; to grilled cheese paninis with basil aïoli (a few customers had it with grilled chicken, and a couple others chose to have their grilled cheese with the basil aïoli and salami!); our OG Cottables have been a hit this week; and lots of people ordering up our limited time S'mores cookies and seasonal "fun" drinks! I didn't get a chance to take a picture of our "fun" drink yet, but if I think of it, I'll snap a pic tomorrow. Better yet, come on down and try one for yourself!
PLEASE NOTE: Tomorrow is the last day to enjoy our Spring Pesto Pasta Salad. You can also opt take home small sides or quart containers of it to nosh on over the next few days. It should keep through Saturday perfectly, so if you're interested in ordering, give us a call tomorrow (Thursday) and we will be glad to help you. 209-664-2004

Happy June! Our first round of basil was harvested from our family ranch this weekend, and we are SO EXCITED to share this bounty with all of you in this week’s special!
If you are a pesto lover, our pesto pasta salad will hit the mark with fresh spinach and spring peas, sun-dried tomatoes, pickled red onions, toasted walnuts, shaved pecorino and peppery arugula, all tossed in our from-scratch lemon pesto dressing. It’s light, fresh, and just perfect to enjoy for lunch or dinner on a warm spring day. Customize your pesto pasta salad with balsamic marinated Roasted Red Peppers, sliced Roasted Chicken Breast, aged Prosciutto di Parma, or any combination of these ingredients.
If you’ll notice, we are serving this version with sun-dried tomatoes… Our tomatoes aren't quite ready out at the ranch, but by July or August we will have this pesto pasta salad once again featuring our CFF sun-kissed heirloom cherry tomatoes – Keep your eye out for it! Please Note: For those with food allergies, this week’s pesto dressing contains both pignoli nuts AND dairy. However, if you happen to be allergic to walnuts, we can most definitely leave them off, as we sprinkle these toasted crunchies at the very end of plating the pasta salad.
ALSO, this week only you have the option of swapping out our classing creamy balsamic dressing that we use on our salads & chicken sandwiches, for either our Pesto Basil Aioli OR Caesar Dressing (just +$1.5 more) - Simply ask and you shall receive!
AND just in case you happened to miss our “Seasonal Fun Drink” (made with Organic Berry Lemonade and finished off with your choice of topper: Coconut Water or San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water or a little splash of both!), AND our “Limited Time S’mores Cookie,” you’ll DEFINITELY want to consider giving them both a try (from one foodie to another 😉).
