This is not an easy message to write, but it’s with grateful yet heavy hearts that we must announce the closing of CUTS Steakhouse.

Our last day of service will be Saturday, May 2nd, 2026.

We are deeply grateful that we’ve been able to serve our Turlock community for the past few years, and this decision wasn’t made lightly. Words can’t fully express how thankful we are for the love & support we’ve received. Whether you were one of our adored regulars, someone we partnered with for an event, or just a casual diner—you were such a valued part of making CUTS Steakhouse the special place that it was. You defined our beloved culture!

Please join us through our final days to get your favorite CUTS cocktails & food and have some last celebrations with our team. We will be operating with regular business hours Monday through Saturday starting on April 20th until May 2nd. The bar will be open from 4-10PM on Fridays & Saturdays for our last stand!

If you have a CUTS gift-card, we’d love for you to come in and use it over the next few weeks! Otherwise, any outstanding gift cards will be redeemable at Katana Sushi Bar in Turlock.

Most importantly, we couldn’t have done any of it without our incredible team who dedicated their time and poured their hearts into every service, event, dish, & drink. Thank you for everything! It’s so important to support local, so remember to keep showing love to your favorite small businesses & restaurants, especially our fellow downtown businesses.
