Mar Addai Parish Turlock

On Tuesday, May 19th, a meeting was convened by Qasha Genard Lazar, priest priest, together with the parish deacons following the conclusion of Vespers in the church basement.

The meeting began with the Lord’s Prayer, after which Qasha Genard offered a spiritual reflection on Epistle to the Ephesians 4:1–11, emphasizing unity, humility, and faithful service within the Body of Christ.

Throughout the meeting, various matters concerning the life of the parish were discussed, including the different ministries, services, parish groups, and ongoing programs. Discussions focused on strengthening participation, supporting the spiritual growth of the faithful, and continuing the mission and service of the Church community.

We humbly ask the faithful of the parish to continue praying for the clergy and all those who serve the Church, beseeching our Lord to grant them wisdom, strength, and guidance in their ministry and service to the parish.

Join us as we honor Reverend Archdeacon Auchana Kanoun for 40 years of faithful service, devotion, and ministry to the Assyrian Church of the East and especially our Mar Gewargis Parish community.
