In 2016 we spent seven months working on Cape Cod, our longest assignment yet. We ran a seven room B&B for six months, then closed it down for a month of renovation based on the needs we had assessed over the season.

We miss this place all the time!

We’re Baker + Justin, the Gold-Inn Boys! As Gold-Inn Hospitality, we provide interim management and consulting for inns all across America. Based in Mississippi, we blend our signature Southern charm with formal hospitality degrees and luxury hotel management experience. We also owned our own motel in Hot Springs, Arkansas for four years!

We love how interim innkeeping allows us to travel around the country, and intimately get to know the people and places where we work. In 2022, we worked in Oregon, Florida, California and New York. We also try to visit as many National Parks as possible on our way to and from innkeeping assignments! Follow our adventures!

Today, Gold-Inn Hospitality became a hotel company. 🙀 We are thrilled to announce that we just bought the Alpine Inn in beautiful Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas! It’s been a hectic few weeks, and we have a lot of work ahead, but we could not be more excited. Come stay with us!! 🎉🏡🍾
