TUPELO MS, Provide on-site and remote general IT / network maintenance and support for clients. Maintain, repair and manage Pc's, Servers, and Network appliances. Become familiar with various software packages and Monitor cloud backups and perform data restoration. This position will receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help tickets as well as troubleshoot Microsoft Desktop & Server Operating System and application issues. Experience is required and certifications are a plus.

Must have knowledge and experience in the following:

· Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2019

· Microsoft Active Directory Administration

· Microsoft Exchange Server

· LAN and WAN Networking

· Microsoft 365 implementation

· DNS, DHCP, IPv4, IPv6, SSL, FTP

· Server Hardware

· Firewall installation and management

· Security Appliances

· Microsoft Windows 7 & Windows 10 setup and maintenance

· Microsoft Office install and licensing

· Office 365 management

· Anti-virus management

· Mobile Device Management

· Desktop support

· Remote & Phone support

Pay based on experience

Power has been restored, however our phone system is still down. ASI is on the way to replace some equipment. In the meantime calls are forwarding to our cell phones.
