We are constantly getting bad mouth reviews from angry people in the UK that keep confusing us with a UK company that is suppose to handle freight. People who do business with us know we are a 5 star company. Our Google reviews are proof that we take care of our customers and provide over the top service. I’ve already addressed this problem once, but here’s my final thoughts

Our customer wanted this piece of heavy gym equipment picked up and palletized. We picked this piece up and secured it to a custom sized pallet with banding. We also completely covered the piece in stretch wrap and covered the seat with a heavy duty moving blanket to ensure it arrives safely without any damage on its long haul to Ontario, Canada! Because this problem is becoming so frequent lately I am going to address this issue for all our page viewers to see. Their have been several angry customers from the UK leaving bad reviews on our business page. These frustrated people are getting us confused with another company with a similar name that is based in the UK called “XDP Express” and apparently they are horrible. I just want to clear this up so people know it isn’t us mishandling these customers packages. We “XPD Delivers” are located in Tupelo Mississippi, in The United States 🇺🇸. We have no other locations in the UK or in any other country. Again just wanting to clear this issue up now before it goes any further and please if you are going to leave a bad or even a good review, make sure to check your spelling first.
