To petition the Tupelo City Council to build a multi court indoor basketball facility for the Tupelo Parks and Recreations Department.

THE ISSUE:
Currently there is not a single indoor site in the City of Tupelo to support Basketball programs of the Tupelo Parks and Recreation Department. The Milam School, The Tupelo Middle Schools and the Police Athletic League gymnasium are being used to support the Parks and Recreation basketball programs.
