Fruit Box -$29.75
6 Apples- choice of gala, g’smith, or red
2 hands of Bananas
1 bag of Hallo/Mandarins
4 Kiwi fruit
1 pk strawberries
1 Pineapple
1 bag Red Grapes
1 Cantaloupe, or Honeydew

Veggie Box -$24.75
1 stalk Celery
1 lb. Baby Carrots
1 bag Stop Light Pepper -red, yellow, green
1 head Green Cabbage
2 onions- choice of sweet, yellow, or red
5 lb. Potatoes - choice of red, russet, sweet, yukon
3 Squash
3 Zucchini

It sure is a hot one out there! Did you know that a raw cucumber is about 95% water and a great source of hydration? We have Cucumbers for $8 for a 5lb. bag. So make sure you stop by the Banana House and get some cucumbers to help stay cool out there.

This morning we would like to share a green smoothie recipe with y’all. Now, I know what some of you are thinking. “Yuck!” Right? Wrong! This Avocado & Banana Smoothie is the perfect balance of sweet & savory. And it’s only 4 ingredients, perfect for when you don’t have that much time! Have a great week & enjoy your Green Smoothie!

Green Smoothie Ingredients:
-1 cup milk
-half an Avocado
-1 whole Banana
-1-2 tbs of honey

Directions:
-Stop by the Banana House for your Avocado & Bananas!
-prep your ingredients for blender
-toss them in & pulse until desired consistency
-pour into your favorite glass and enjoy

Tips:
-You can always add ice if you would like it super cold.
-Chia seeds are always a great add on.
-You can use any type of milk: cow’s, soy, almond, coconut, etc.

It's Elvis Fest this weekend in Tupelo, MS & the Banana House wanted to get in on the celebration too! So, in honor of Elvis Presley, we recreated his favorite sandwich, Fried Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich!
Directions:
-Take 2 slices of White Bread. Butter the side of each bread slice that will face the frying pan.
Spread creamy peanut butter on one slice of bread.
-In a small bowl take one ripe pealed Banana and mush the Banana until it is a smooth(ish) consistency. Now spread the mushed Banana on the other slice of bread.
-Next, put both slices of bread together making a sandwich.
-Place the Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich in a Heated Frying Pan.
-Cook each side of sandwich for about 2 minutes. & Done!

Now to Enjoy your Fried PB& Banana Sandwich like The King! Have a fun & safe Elvis Feat y'all!
