Please share this link with anyone you know that is interested in buying a home. The class will start at 6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each night and will end at or before 8:30pm. The sessions are
1. Knowing if you are ready/What is your budget/ How to pre-qualify
2. Finding the Right House/ Your Realtor and Housing Inspector
3. Financing your home/ Where will your down payment come from? What type of loans are you looking for? and what grants are there plus how to qualify for the grant
4. Closing the deal/ Is there a difference in the CDand the LE? When is my first payment due? What documents do you need to sign at closing.
