Huge thanks to Cherokee Nation Behavioral Health for hosting an incredible Mental Health Awareness Day at One Fire Field this past Saturday! 🌿💚

We loved connecting with community members, sharing NAMI Tulsa resources, enjoying cultural activities, and seeing so many people come together for healing, support, and conversation. Gratitude to everyone who stopped by — and extra thanks to our Board of Directors who came out for the day to connect with the community, Juli Skinner and Katez Marshall! 💙

Together we’re strengthening mental health awareness and access — onward!

📣 Volunteer with NAMI Tulsa and Serve on One of Our Committees: Your Time, Talent, and Voice Are Needed! 📣

We are always in need of volunteers to help advance NAMI Tulsa’s mission of education, advocacy, and peer-led support. In addition to traditional roles such as crisis-training support, support-group co-facilitation, outreach & tabling, bilingual peer support, event planning, and event assistance, we are excited to share a new opportunity to get involved.

You can now serve on one of our four NAMI Tulsa committees, with virtual participation available. Committee members will help shape programming, support planning efforts, and drive key initiatives across the organization.

Interested or know someone who might be? Apply to volunteer or share with your networks — every volunteer strengthens our ability to expand access to mental-health supports across Tulsa!
