On this National Working Parents Day, we want to uplift the fact that all the hard work it takes to do both things — work and parenting — provide a model of how to take on challenges with gratitude, grace, and strength. Working parents model for their children what it means to be not just a parent but a person who does his or her best, no matter the task at hand. Working parents model for their kids how to be successful while also creating an environment for them in which they can be even more successful than their parents.
