Still in awe that all the Lord has done this past week:

Maverick got five pies in the face as five kids were able to memorize and share the Gospel!

One of the highlights every week is our night of prayer: Spirit led, Scripture fed prayer! The Lord moved as we sought the face of God!

Pray for us as we follow up with those who surrendered to sir lives to Jesus!

Some of our great unsung heroes: our team that cooks and grills and makes the coffee for the teams !! Jennifer, Joy, Hagun, Ashley, Jensen, Cory, Rodney, Larry and Don!
(We missed Nancy in the photo)

And a big thank you to the Dobrinski’s and the Guthries and their teams for making food! (And it was Odessa’s first camp experience!)

Wow, God is good!

Today we had 3 salvations, which means 3 souls the devil can no longer claim.
One of those was Malcom. Malcom lives in one of our communities and has seen firsthand the impact the gospel has, and shared about how he has seen the kids in his community change for the better. Hearing Malcom talk tonight has reminded us of our why!

MONDAY RECAP:

Monday at Camp Inside Out was filled with relationships being formed, seeds being planted, and the Gospel being shared!

This year, we are intentionally teaching the kids in the community how to share the Gospel themselves praying that what they hear about Jesus won’t stop with them, but will spread to their friends, families, and neighborhoods. Pray that the Gospel takes root and sticks in their hearts!

One of our teams also had the opportunity to encourage our very own Chloe Gattis as she recovers from surgery. What a blessing to spend time praying with and loving on her.

At the Compassion Center, volunteers jumped in to help pull up carpet and lay flooring as we continue preparing the clothing closet to better serve our guests with dignity and care.

Another grill walk led to divine appointments as the team ministered to a family of eight, reminding us again that God is always working ahead of us.

We wrapped up the evening with the legendary Dobrinski enchiladas, worship, prayer, and the Word. One special moment was getting to pray over a family walking through a very difficult season.

It was a full day of ministry, compassion, and Kingdom impact and we’re just getting started.

Sunday Recap: 3 Salvations, Divine Appointments & Worshiping Jesus!

What a powerful and adventure-filled first full day of ministry!

The morning began with our teams spreading out across the city to experience the different expressions of discipleship within Mobile Missions Network/Church Inside Out... from house churches, to campuses, to Ordinary Radicals gatherings in apartment communities. Everywhere our teams went, Jesus was being lifted high.

One of the most incredible moments of the day happened through Ordinary Radicals. TWO people surrendered their lives to Jesus, not during the worship gathering, but afterward around lunch! In the middle of conversations, community, laughter, and simple obedience, the Holy Spirit moved and lives were forever changed.

After lunch and training, our teams launched into three different communities for block parties filled with food, games, conversations, prayer, and Gospel encounters. What started as simple acts of love turned into divine appointments as people opened up, stories were shared, and seeds of hope were planted all across the city.

As the sun set, our teams gathered back together for a night of worship, testimonies, and a powerful challenge from Numbers 16:48 to “stand between the dead and the living” so the plague of sin might stop in the lives of our neighbors and friends.

AND we had one student last night that recognized that they were dead in their sins and they surrendered to Jesus!

Three salvations.
Countless conversations.
Divine appointments everywhere.
And this is only Day One.

Jesus is moving in neighborhoods, apartment complexes, homes, and streets and we are humbled to be part of the adventure of taking the Gospel wherever He leads.
