Snow Days ❄️ @ the Garden! Snow is an integral part of our soils biology! It acts as a winter “mulch” in harsh conditions and replenishes the soils capacity to retain water, slowly releasing water as it melts💧✨

What a day!!! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and worked so hard on building these beautiful beds! It was a ton of work and everyone really worked so hard! It was the perfect day 🌱 we can’t wait to share the bounty these new beds will help bring!!

Hey community! With the government shutdown causing SNAP benefits to be suspended starting November 1st, many of us are facing uncertainty around food access.  If you’re in the Kendall Whittier area (11th St to Pine, Lansing to Harvard), know that Kendall Whittier Inc.’s Emergency Food Pantry is here to help—no cost, no judgment.
