We had so much fun at NNAHRA 2026! 🌺
It was an honor to join the National Native American Human Resources Association in Honolulu as they celebrated 30 years of leadership, culture, and connection.
Our P&PG team—Luke, Hannah, Kim, Tina, and Ben—spent the week learning, reconnecting with longtime friends and partners, meeting new people, and having meaningful conversations with HR professionals and Tribal leaders from across Indian Country.
We were also proud to have Luke Freeman take the stage to share Soft Power: How Tribal HR Leaders Can Use the Science of Social Power to Move from Afterthought to Strategic Leader.
We’re heading home grateful for the conversations, connections, and community, and already looking forward to the next time we can gather together.

Heading to NNAHRA 2026? Don’t miss Luke Freeman on Tuesday, September 29th!
Luke will be leading a session on Soft Power and how Tribal HR leaders can better understand and use social power to strengthen their influence and move from being viewed as an afterthought to serving as a strategic leader within their organizations.
It’s a conversation about influence, relationships, and the role HR leaders can play in shaping stronger teams and organizations, even when they aren’t the person with the most formal authority in the room.
