💔🏠 DEE DEE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS 🏠💔

Dee Dee came into the shelter as a stray. Her owners were contacted and said they would come get her.

They never did.

So while life moved on for everyone else, Dee Dee has spent month after month waiting in a kennel for someone to choose her. 💔

And honestly? She's pretty easy to love.

Dee Dee is what we lovingly call a certified house hippo. 🦛❤️ She loves snacks, loves treats, and is always ready to show off her goofy personality. She has the cutest little hop when she runs that will absolutely make you smile.

She's also a serious toy enthusiast. Tennis balls don't stand a chance around this girl. If it squeaks, bounces, or can be destroyed, Dee Dee is fully committed to the mission. 😂 She'll do best with durable chew toys because she takes her job very seriously.

✨ Food motivated
✨ Treat motivated
✨ Loves toys
✨ Goofy personality
✨ Adorable little hop when she runs

One important note: Dee Dee would prefer a home without cats.

What she really needs is someone willing to give her a chance. Not next week. Not someday. Now.

Because no dog should spend months waiting after being left behind.

Amanda (A182257) is living on borrowed time. 💔

Those of us who’ve been with her from the beginning remember the dog who came in scared, unsure, and overwhelmed by everything around her. The dog who didn’t know if people were safe… or if she could ever trust again.

And now we get to see something beautiful.

Amanda is finally blossoming.

She’s learning to trust.
She’s seeking connection.
She’s showing us glimpses of the dog she was always meant to be.

And it feels so unfair that just as she’s finally coming into herself… her time may be running out.

We can’t lose her here.

If you can help Amanda, please don’t wait.

📩 Submit adoption applications by emailing: [email protected]
📞 Then call the shelter at: 918-596-8010 to follow up

Please don’t assume someone else will save her.

And a huge thank you to Lyric and Breeghan for helping with the media for this video. We couldn’t tell her story without you. 🤍

Amanda deserves more time.
Amanda deserves a future.
Amanda deserves a home. 🐾

The bottle babies had their vet appointment today and we're happy to report that everyone is looking healthy and ready for transport! 🥹💚

A huge thank you to Humane Society of Tulsa for providing amazing veterinary care and helping make sure these babies are ready for their next adventures. We are so grateful. 🫶

It's honestly wild to think that in just 4 days, these little puppies will be on their way to Colorado Puppy Rescue to begin their brand new lives.

Just a short time ago, they were living outside, covered in fleas, surviving on cut up hot dogs, and simply trying to make it. Now they're healthy, safe, loved, and headed toward bright futures. Rescue never stops amazing us.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, cheered us on, fostered and helped make this possible. We truly could not do this without you. 🥹

We are always in need of donations; not just for this transport, but for future transports and the many animals still waiting for their chance.

Every dollar helps us say "yes" to the next animal in need. 🙏🐾

Meet TOON (A183167), a 7-month-old Great Pyrenees mix currently waiting for his family at Tulsa Animal Services.

At just 7 months old, Toon is still very much a puppy, which means he has plenty of growing, learning, and loving left to do. Great Pyrenees mixes are known for being loyal, intelligent, and deeply devoted to their people. With the right home, Toon has all the potential to become an incredible lifelong companion.

Puppies grow up fast, and we would love to see Toon spend the rest of his puppyhood in a home where he can thrive.

🚨💔 PLEASE DON’T SCROLL PAST ARLO 💔🚨

We know some people may watch this video and immediately think, “Wow, that dog is crazy.”

He’s not.

What you’re seeing is a young dog overwhelmed by shelter life.
When we took Arlo out, he was frantic. He was jumping, constantly moving, unable to settle, and desperately trying to get away from the shelter environment. He wasn’t being “bad” or “wild.” He was struggling. Hard.

This is what severe kennel stress can look like.

Arlo is only about 2 years old. He lost his home when his owners split up, and now he finds himself in a shelter environment that he simply isn’t coping well with. Every day he spends there, we watch shelter stress take a little bit more from him.

The heartbreaking part is that underneath all of that frantic energy is still a dog who deserves a chance. A dog who needs time to decompress, feel safe, and remember how to just be a dog again.

Shelters are incredibly stressful places, and some dogs decline much faster than others. We are deeply worried that Arlo is one of those dogs.

He needs out. NOW!

Please, if you have been thinking about fostering, adopting, or pulling for rescue, consider Arlo. He doesn’t need a perfect home right now. He just needs a chance before shelter life takes even more from him.

🆘 Foster needed
🆘 Adopter needed
🆘 Rescue needed

🚐TRANSPORT UPDATE 🚐

The transport is scheduled. The vet appointments are booked. These puppies are packed, prepped, and getting ready to start their new lives in Colorado with Colorado Puppy Rescue 🥹

Several of these puppies came from Tulsa Animal Services, while others were recently taken in by Shelter Support Network after being found living outside and struggling to survive and other with Stephens County Humane Society of Oklahoma. No matter where they came from, they all deserve the same thing: a chance.

Now we just need to get them there.

We are currently about $300 short of covering the costs for this transport.

Gas is expensive, and all of the little expenses: health certificates, vet visits, formula, supplies, and travel costs: add up quickly. Small things become very big things when you're moving this many puppies across state lines.

These babies have already overcome so much. Soon they'll be on their way to safety, loving homes, and the fresh start they deserve.

If you'd like to help make this transport possible, donations can be made here:

Thank you for believing in them and in our mission. We couldn't do this without you.

Any funds received in excess of what is needed for this transport will be added to our transport fund, allowing us to say "yes" more quickly and move faster when the next group of animals needs help.

Thank you to everyone who donated to help get these puppies to their new lives! And thank you to Molly for volunteering to drive! 🥹
