Meet Agent Mack, code name: 007. This handsome tan and silver Yorkie was born around September 28, 2020, weighs 6.3 pounds, and is searching for his forever handler.

Like every great secret agent, Mack has overcome challenges. His early years were difficult, as he didn't receive proper nutrition from his previous owner. Because of that, Agent Mack will require prescription dog food for the rest of his life, and he'll need a dedicated adopter committed to keeping him healthy and thriving. We're currently helping him gain weight and build up his strength for future missions.

Despite his rough start, Mack hasn't let it dampen his spirit. In fact, he's one of the friendliest agents you'll ever meet! He loves humans, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is completely unbothered by cats. He's also fully housebroken and confidently uses the doggie door in his foster home.

This adorable little guy is looking for a family of his very own! ❤️

Preston is a tricolor Terrier mix puppy born around February 2, 2026. At just 6.4 pounds right now, he still has plenty of growing to do! His mom, Pookie, is a 13-pound Terrier mix, and his dad is a Cattle Dog mix. We expect Preston to mature to approximately 30–35 pounds.

Preston came to ARF when he was only 4 weeks old along with his mom and three siblings after their owner could no longer care for the litter. Since then, he's been thriving in foster care and showing off his sweet personality.

This handsome boy can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate side shines through. He loves romping around with his siblings, gets incredibly excited whenever he receives a new toy, and enjoys snuggling with his foster mom. He's also just beginning to hand out those irresistible puppy kisses! 💋🐶

Because of his breed mix and expected energy level, Preston will need a secure, fenced yard where he can safely run, play, and explore.

Preston's adoption fee is $300 and includes:

It’s tough to get old…

💔 After 12 years, everything Barth knew disappeared.

For twelve years, Barth had a family. He had a home. He had a person.

Then one day, the person he loved most was gone.

At approximately 12 years old, Barth now finds himself in rescue, trying to understand why the world suddenly feels so different. The bed he slept in is gone. The familiar voice he listened for is silent.

🐾 Meet Mew — the tiniest little shadow with the sweetest soul. 🖤

At just 6 pounds and around 7 years of age, Mew is proof that the quietest hearts often have the most love to give.

This beautiful Chihuahua has spent much of her life finding comfort in the company of other dogs. While people can still be a little intimidating, Mew is learning every day that gentle hands bring kindness, warm blankets, and cozy naps. She's already made incredible progress and now allows her foster family to hold and care for her.

When Mew arrived, she was uncomfortable from severe flea allergies, but with love and proper care, her skin is healing beautifully and she's feeling better than ever. She's now fully vetted, including a dental, and ready to begin her next chapter.

Mew dreams of a calm, quiet home with patient humans and perhaps another friendly dog or two to help her feel safe. Her favorite things? Soft blankets, peaceful naps, and simply being near those she trusts. Children are NOT included on that list.

Franklin! Affectionately known as Frank the Tank, this 14-pound teddy bear of a cat comes with the densest, softest fur you’ve ever touched. Though he’s not perhaps a traditional lap cat, Franklin has his own special way of showing affection. He loves stretching out beside you, rolling around with his fluffy belly on full display, and offering the sweetest, most deliberate head bumps when he’s ready for snuggles. Calm, charming, and wonderfully gentle, he’s the perfect balance of independent and affectionate.

Franklin prefers to lounge next to you rather than on top of you, and he absolutely adores a good belly rub, his fur is truly incredible. He spends his days relaxing, observing, and enjoying quiet companionship, but he also has a playful side. He has fun chasing lasers, wrestling with his foster brothers, and simply being part of a peaceful home.

Franklin would thrive in a loving household that appreciates a mellow, affectionate cat. Balanchine is deeply bonded to his people. When his foster parent is home, he becomes their constant shadow following from room to room, curling up in a warm lap, and happily soaking up affection. He doesn’t just enjoy companionship … he needs it. A remote worker or someone home much of the day would be ideal, as Balanchine doesn’t love being alone for long stretches.

Like many sensitive souls, Balanchine takes time to trust. He can be unsure with strangers and needs patience and understanding while he acclimates to new environments and people. But once he feels safe, he is incredibly loving, loyal, and affectionate. Watching him blossom is truly special.

He would thrive in a calm, adult-only home without children. Balanchine may do well as an only cat with dedicated human attention, or with a feline playmate after proper introductions. Atlas is a one-year-old Pomsky with the fluffiest coat and an adorable personality to match. He came to us after his previous owner was no longer able to care for him, and now he’s looking for a fresh start with a family who will love him forever.

Weighing around 20 pounds, Atlas is the perfect medium-sized companion. He has done wonderfully in his foster home and gets along well with the other animals there, including both large and small dogs. Atlas enjoys having canine friends around and would likely do well in a home with another friendly dog.

Atlas will thrive in the right home where he can continue building confidence, receive plenty of love, and enjoy being part of the family. With his soft, fluffy coat and sweet nature, he’s sure to steal hearts wherever he goes.
