Local photographer Shane Bevel and his family are traveling all 2,448 miles of Route 66 this summer in their 1967 Ford Mustang.
The car belonged to Shane's late father-in-law, making the trip particularly meaningful.

Autumn Worten and her 14-year-old daughter, Delaney, started Clouds Cotton Candy Creations in 2024 as a way to help pay for college.
"I really liked the idea of being able to walk alongside her and show her how a business worked so she would always be able to go out and get that for herself," said Autumn.

Blake Smith’s father purchased the Admiral Twin in the late 1980s, so this iconic Tulsa locale has long been an important part of his life.

Nancy Long is known in Diane Morrow Kondos' neighborhood as "The Barbie Lady." Now, her collection is on display at the Vintage Barbie Museum's newest exhibit in downtown Tulsa, opening this weekend.
"I love all my dolls," says Nancy. "but the thing I value the most is the people I’ve met and the friendships I’ve made through Barbie."
