We're excited to celebrate Baylee Hart on her appointment as the Education Co-Chair for IRWA Chapter 33!

Since joining Chapter 33 in 2025, Baylee has been actively involved in the right-of-way community while continuing to grow her expertise as an Acquisition Agent at Guy Engineering. We know you'll do a fantastic job, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact you'll make for IRWA Chapter 33 and the right-of-way profession.

We will have headshots again this year provided by Guy Engineering! Races start at 6. Plan to get there early to enjoy dinner!

We all know those standouts who make our work better. Give them the recognition they deserve by nominating them for Professional of the Year or Young Professional of the Year!

We are also now accepting nominations for the 2026-2027 chapter board positions. These positions will be voted on at the next chapter meeting on February 26, 2025. The following are the current Board nominations:
