CW Quality Home Improvement LLC we are a private contractor that specializes in development of low income housing our mission is to help low income family's own a home and serve our community.

During this project, we identified a lack of necessary flashing, which permitted water to flow into incorrect areas and prevented gutters from functioning properly. We repaired the rotted wood and made necessary corrections to ensure no future problems.

I received this project as a referral. After arriving, I was able to see it was in worse shape than expected.Here are the pictures from start to finish. A four-hour repair turned into a solid day, but it's okay; we got it done at no extra cost.

Our friend had a exterior door that had a frame which had rotted out, but they still wanted to reuse the door, so we constructed a new door frame using rot-proof materials.
