Last week, we welcomed a new dental products client to the Station8 table for a two-hour deep dive into what truly sets their brand apart.

This is where our Brand Messaging Strategy begins — notebooks open, laptops out, insights flowing (and cookies fueling the process!). From defining the brand experience to building a messaging framework that guides every future touchpoint, we’re laying the foundation for impact.

Research is one of the most valuable tools we have to understand our clients' audiences and what is most important to them.

With that in mind, our team started the week with focus groups at the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine (AWSOM) in Bentonville, AR. Our goal? Learn valuable insights from the minds of current students to enhance recruitment efforts and overall student experience.

Joe has brought so much excellence and clarity to our website department, and he sets incredibly high standards for every project that comes through our door. He’s also adopted a new kitten this year, and that’s something to celebrate, too! Your cats — and we — are lucky to have you, Joe.
