If I HAVE to say one nice thing about my body.

I'd say.. I can truly appreciate the fact that I can always work out, and not worry about if I have a cheese burger after. As I LITERALLY cannot have the type of body I want without getting sliced and diced. So that's "kinda" nice. I mean... I guess that basically means I can retain most of my strength, even when going for mostly health. Now I just need to return to form. But that's one nice thing about my body.

Fawk.. that felt weird. Yet right..

New Outro Showcase

The premise is fun. On top of plugging all the social media pages, I like to throw in a picture of what goes in my life. From hanging out with the bros, to just a really good view of something. I try to keep with the theme of the video, and this shows the most at the end with the sound bits. It will ALWAYS be different, and fitting with the overall video. So the viewer will always be rewarded for staying till the very end.

Were they clean? Probably not.
Were they easy to do? Definitely not.
Were they something to be proud of? You bet your sweet ass they were.

Being overweight my entire life came with a lot of bad.. a lot. But it came with a lot of good too. Like how to better appreciate my health. How NOT to treat people, thus teaching me how to be a good person. An angry, awkward, socially inept, sometimes bitter, person. But a good person nonetheless. And it gave me mofookin DINO LEGS!

When I found out just HOW strong I truly was, I wanted to set a goal for myself. Something to look back on, be proud of, and give myself confidence. To say "*I* did THAT!" Something to continue to encourage myself, and one day when I'm blessed enough, others who have ever felt as I have. From self destructive, to self productive. I want to leg press 1,000lbs.

If I did my math correctly, I'm currently sitting at 913lbs. Starting weight 103lbs, with 9 45lbs plates on each side, totaling in 18 mega plates, as this chizz is heavier den a MUG hummy! Which means I'm only two plates away from my goal.

I've been training for this off and on for the better part of 3 years. Even after I thought I maxed out on lucky 7. Even after I caved my knee inward trying to playing Basketball. I told myself "If I can hit 5 reps with 9 plates, I CAN 1 rep a 1k leg press." Welp! ... I just unintentionally did 10. I think it's safe to say I'm ready to face my challenge, and make myself proud. S**t.. I'm already proud, if I'm being honest. Now comes the fun part. Making some fun ass content to share..
