We place traditional titanium implants as well as zirconia (ceramic). We placed this zirconia implant today and performed a sinus lift: adding extra bone at the time of implant placement when there is inadequate natural bone. In 6 months we will revisit the site and restore the implant with a beautiful zirconia crown. Not a molecule of metal involved 😁
