What is this you ask? In a word, freedom. Longer? Ok, it's a shoulder holster for an iPad, with wireless packs for monitor and talkback to the mixer. Complete freedom to wonder and mix!
Btw, if there's anyone out there with a sewing machine tough enough to recreate this neoprene holster out of some nice thick leather, drop me a line. This one is fine, but it's built for a smaller variety of human than I.

Soon, ish, I hope. It is not going to be cheap. It seems the stowaway mouse did more damage than I thought. I did wash the mb when it happened. But now 2 months later, she just won't boot. The bath could have done it too...
The board is 3.5 years old. That means new everything. I need lots of slots, and lots of ports. Anyone have a mb they like for big video? I've seen a few with thunderbolt ports. Fast raid is a must for loading decks in Arena. I'm thinking a ssd stripe for show clip cache and as much magnetic as I can afford.
I always turn to Asus first. Their workstation boards are hard to top.
