While I always believe in moderation and choosing long term health over instant gratification, I also will 100% never turn down a homemade extra chocolate chip cookie. ๐ช
Sometimes our mental battery needs the cookie, or the drink, or the second episode of the show. With moderation, These are moments where we can show ourselves discipline AND grace.

I want you to take just a moment to breathe and recenter yourself for today! Meditation can make a huge difference in our daily lives when we stay consistent and focused. It's very helpful for boosting mental clarity, reducing stress, and finding that inner peace we all need and desire. Hope you get a chance to prioritize yourself and find your calm today! ๐ซถ๐ผ
How to:
- Find a quiet, safe space where you can lose awareness of your surroundings
- close your eyes and focus solely on the sensations of the breath
- allow your thoughts to drift away as easily as they come in. Donโt bully yourself for thinking, just allow the thought to pass and return to the breath.
- start with just 1-5 minutes, working yourself up to longer if youโd like!
Tips:
- There are millions of guided meditations on YouTube if youโre struggling to concentrate!
- try legs up the wall for some lymphatic drainage (habit stacking?! ๐)
- stay consistent and notice how your energy will naturally start to shift over time in a more positive and peaceful light ๐
