Last week we talked about WHO qualifies to be a Kiva BORROWER. This week, let's talk about what it means to be a Kiva LENDER!

FAQ #2: As a Kiva lender, do I fund an entrepreneur's entire loan? Do I get repaid?
This is one of the things that makes the Kiva crowdfunding platform unique - it's a loan, not a donation! Kiva crowdfunds loans so there are many individual lenders who come together to contribute to each successful loan. You can lend $25 or more to a borrower to help them reach their goal, and you can see the other lenders who supported that borrower at the bottom of the loan profile. Kiva loans have a historical repayment rate of about 97%!

Leadership Tulsa is proud to announce a new partnership with the Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce . Encompassing six sessions from September to November, this new program is targeted at Tulsa-area Hispanics/Latinxs ages 21 to 45 who have exemplified leadership qualities in their professional environment and want to expand their leadership skills and network.
