We kicked off our Summer Internship Program last month, and today our interns at the Community Health Connection project took a break from the jobsite to enjoy an appreciation lunch with their mentors. 👷‍♂️🏗️

From gaining hands-on experience in the field to learning from seasoned professionals, our interns are building valuable skills and relationships that will help shape their future careers in construction.

A big thank you to our mentors for investing their time, knowledge, and leadership in the next generation of builders. We are excited to watch these interns continue to learn, grow, and make an impact throughout the summer! 👏

We've had a busy few weeks at the Community Health Connection Maternal & Child Center project! 🚧
Major progress is taking shape as the building has officially topped out and the second-floor concrete pour has been completed.
This new 22,000-square-foot facility, which broke ground in late 2025, will become Community Health Connection's fifth location and significantly expand pediatric and obstetric care services for the region. Once complete, the Maternal & Child Center will allow CHC to serve approximately 3,000 additional families, helping increase access to quality healthcare for mothers and children throughout the community.
We're proud to be part of a project that will make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of families for generations to come.

Building careers isn't always done on the jobsite. Sometimes it happens from the stands. 🏈

This weekend, our TCI Summer Interns traded hard hats for game day and joined us for a night cheering on the Tulsa Oilers Football team. It was a great opportunity to connect outside the office, build relationships, and experience the culture that makes Thompson Construction more than just a workplace.

We're excited to have this talented group with us this summer and can't wait to see what they accomplish. 🩶

This Memorial Day, we remember the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. May we honor their courage today and always. 🇺🇸

We’re looking for a solid, dependable maintenance person to add to our team!

❗️Requirements❗️
⚙️Prior maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
⚙️Basic tools and reliable transportation required
⚙️Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
⚙️Good communication skills
⚙️Must show up on time and follow through
⚙️Must know when a repair is above their skill level and be able to help coordinate the right subcontractor
