This week I had the opportunity to work with a set of twin seniors, Chloe and Scarlet. Their Aunt Lucy and I worked together at the American Red Cross years ago. We both moved on from those careers in 2014, but the friendship remained. When she contacted me, I couldn't believe they were old enough because I remember when they were born!

Life has a funny way of bringing people back around. Years later, she trusted me to photograph two of the people she loves most, and that means more than I can put into words. Thank you for trusting me with such an important milestone. It was an honor to be part of their senior year.

Chloe and Scarlet, you were amazing to work with! Thank you for being open to all my crazy locations and ideas and rolling with it while not being afraid to speak up of what you wanted too! It made for some beautiful images of you both! Have the best senior year!

Laila, oh Laila. There is never a dull moment with you my dear. From you climbing out of your stroller at Hunters football practices years ago to your very eventful senior year that I was lucky enough to have a pretty close seat to. The loveliest of Queens and the strongest of wrestlers, you have been amazing to watch grow up all these years. Stay sassy, the world needs you just like that.
