This week, we hosted our annual Employee Campaign Coordinator Recognition Luncheon! The heart and dedication of our ECCs are instrumental to the success of our fundraising drive each year, and we are truly grateful for their commitment to our community and our mission.

Our resource development team recognized some of the outstanding ECCs from 2025: Tammy Taylor (OG&E), Denyse Scott (SageNet), Netta Hausam (Hilti), and Anna Moore (City of Tulsa Gov).

We also heard from expert ECCs Steve Ray (Hall Estill), Kendra Thompson (Tulsa Community College), and Annie Tomecek (TD Williamson) about their experience as Employee Campaign Coordinators.

Special shoutout to Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma for hosting us, and their President & CEO, Jeff Marlow, for speaking at the luncheon.

Thank you to our speakers, panelists, and everyone who joined us!

Connection, learning, and a little friendly competition! 🀄✨

Women United recently gathered for an afternoon of Mahjong, guided by the wonderful team at OK Let's Mahjong.

We were grateful to host the event at Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma headquarters, where members had the opportunity to learn more about their mission and the important work they do in our community.

Events like these remind us of the power of bringing people together to learn, connect, and support one another.

Today, BeHeard Movement brings mobile showers, laundry, haircuts and case management directly to neighbors in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Hear Evan talk about the start of BeHeard Movement, the Social Innovations grant that helped the work grow, and the new idea now taking shape in Tulsa.

Social Innovations Grant Recipient and Audience Choice Award Winner at Pitch United, BeHeard Movement, launched their "BeSeen Machine." This 24-hour virtual volunteer vending machine offers basic needs items and resources to folks who are experiencing homelessness. TAUW President & CEO, Alison Anthony, attended the launch and was invited to be the first person to try it out!

We love seeing our Social Innovations partners in action, and can't wait to see how the BeSeen Machine changes lives in our community.
