A visit from Casper the therapy dog always brings extra joy to Pathways ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿพ
Our students love spending time with Casper as he visits classrooms, offering comfort, calm, and plenty of tail wags along the way. These moments are more than just fun visits. They support emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety, and create a warm, welcoming learning environment.
We are so grateful for Casper and the joy he brings to our community!

Moments like this are a meaningful part of life at Pathways ๐Ÿ’š
In this video, our student Tim is reading 1 Thessalonians 5:18, sharing his voice and his faith in a personal and powerful way.
At Pathways, we believe learning includes academic, personal, and spiritual growth. We work to create a supportive environment where each student can engage with what matters most to them and express themselves in meaningful ways.
Every voice matters. Every moment of learning and expression counts.

Why routines matter in disability support ๐Ÿ’š
For many adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, predictable routines provide a sense of safety, confidence, and independence. Knowing what comes next can reduce anxiety and create space for meaningful learning and engagement.
At Pathways, we intentionally build consistent routines into our classrooms and daily activities so students can focus on growth, connection, and developing new skills, not uncertainty.
Structure isnโ€™t about limitation. Itโ€™s about support.

At Pathways, learning looks different for everyone ๐Ÿ’š
We serve students at all educational levels, from early reading skills to college-level reading support, meeting each person where they are and helping them grow from there.
In our Yellow Classroom, students are building early literacy skills by learning simple words through interactive, hands-on activities that make learning engaging and fun.
Every level. Every learner. Every step forward matters.
