Description
You ever have one of those days where you’re born dead, shocked back to life, and realize you didn’t come back alone? Yeah, welcome to my life.
I’m Michael Blight, and I was supposed to be just another dead guy. But no, the universe had bigger plans. Turns out, when the doctors brought me back, they brought something else back with me. Something ancient and pi**ed off AND determined to turn my life into their personal demented game of "The Man Behind My F’d Up Life," pulling strings I didn’t even know I had.
It calls itself The Man Behind The Light. Insane, right? It’s been squatting in my head, playing director to my nightmares and generally making sure I have no idea what the hell is going on.
Now I’m skipping through timelines—like a defective CD—just trying to figure out why it picked me, what it wants, and whether I can punch it in its face to make it shut up for good.
REALITY CHECK: That’s going about as well as you’d expect. —Boom! Not that great.
This isn’t some cliche redemption story. It’s messy. It’s violent. It’s as real as it can be for a Fact-ional story. Fictional facts based on true events. So yeah—it’s probably 100 percent made up.
It’s occasionally funny (mostly at my expense). It’s about survival, broken bodies, breaking rules, and trying not to lose my already questionable grip on sanity.
So, if you’re into stories about ancient entities, fractured psyches, and one guy who’s willing to rewrite the rules of existence—badly—just to get his life back, you’re in the right place.
Grab a drink. Buckle up. Things are about to get weird... Again.
