Managing the houses for multiple DDSD clients. Job will consist of but is not limited to scheduling, plan maintenance, quality assurance, maintaining a good rapport with state officials.

Assist service recipients with their daily living skills. Encourage each individual to live an active life while enjoying the things they like to do. Contribute to daily household cleaning task. Be a positive role model in the service recipient’s life. Maintain a positive and conducive attitude with all service recipients, co-workers, and team members alike.

Assist people with disabilities with their daily living task. Integrate them with the community and help them enjoy life by doing the things they enjoy. Become an integral part of a team that only functions well when everyone is doing their part. Maintaining a clean and healthy environment is important to the health and safety of those we serve, thus said you will be expected to cook, clean, do laundry, and other household duties.

Our faith and persistence has paid off! This week we will be welcoming our first service recipient. We are looking forward to bringing positive change to his/her life and to all others that follow. I want to thank God for the opportunity but also thank my DAD, the late Great Donald L. Caldwell Sr. (Aka Don Caldwell) for instilling in me and my siblings the knowledge and empowerment to want to pursue entrepreneurship. It was he that started working in this field in 1997 after being in Oklahoma for 2yrs following his migration from California. Him introducing me into this field is what led me to travel in his same footsteps and eventually achieving the ultimate goal of owning and operating an agency. I am also proud to say that we will be serving at least one of the same service recipients that my dad actually worked for. I also want to thank my mother for always being there and being supportive, Lakeisha Bray & the Bray family for their help and support, my sisters & brothers for always being helpful, motivational, and staying positive. Though I did all the heavy lifting, if it wasn’t for the support of my team, none of this would be possible. Again thank you to everyone that assisted in this journey and now we can go out here and show them the difference we are looking to bring to each individual’s life. Here is the van that will be provided for our initial home. We plan on providing vehicles for each home (that qualifies) so that the staff will not have to be burdened with putting wear and tear on their personal vehicles. Our service recipients will be active in the community so this will also be a vessel to eliminate the excuses on inactivity and increase all of our service recipients activity in the communities.

We are officially open for business and now accepting all potential clients. We have received the final approval from the state and are now ready to enter the realm of providing services for those in need. Please if you have anyone who could use a helping hand and would like partake in receiving superb assistance in improving their quality of life, have them or their representative give us a call and allow us to make life easier for them. We are accepting private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, & all other sources of routine payments for all services rendered. I have been in healthcare field for the past 20 years. I have spent plenty of years as a home manager and the past 8 years as a program coordinator for people with disabilities. I am extremely familiar with this field of work and dedicated to providing the best possible service for all patrons. We will employ the best staff who’s compassion and enthusiasm will always shine through. We are committed to providing the best possible services and enhancing their life so that they can get back to the things they enjoy. Assisting clients with their day to day living skills such as but not limited to: light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry organization, bathing & grooming assistance (if applicable), grocery assistance (upon approval), doctor appointment assistance, assistant with errand running (upon approval), & attire preparation and appropriation.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate persons. Take and relay messages. Maintain schedule and inform President/CEO of upcoming appointments and events.
