Our team kicked off the new year by volunteering at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, helping sort and pack rice for our community. We bagged 3,240 pounds of rice! It was a meaningful way to start the year - working together, serving others, and giving back to the city we are proud to be part of.

Managing Stress-Related Muscle Tension
When stress hits, your body tenses up—especially in your upper back, neck, and jaw. That tension can lead to headaches, stiffness, and pain. Here are a few quick resets you can use anytime:
🔹 Check Your Posture
Are your shoulders creeping up toward your ears?
Take a breath, then pull them back and down, gently squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Try this reset every time you hit a red light, open your laptop, or check your phone.
🔹 Deep Breathing
Feeling overwhelmed?
Stop and take five slow, deep breaths.
This signals your nervous system to relax and helps ease muscle tightness almost instantly.
🔹 Stay Hydrated
Even mild dehydration can increase muscle tension and fatigue.
Keep a water bottle nearby and sip throughout the day.

Graduation day! Tom came to PT after shoulder surgery and absolutely crushed his goals. He’s officially back to playing guitar—and even told us his surgical shoulder feels better than the other one now!
